Our STANDARD Keepsake Folder options

Customizable with your company logo and/or sentiments (additional fees apply). Limited to our Imprinter turn around times.
Foil stamped dark keepsake folio

4 X 6 inch portrait image displayed in a 5 X 7 inch professionally designed, folded card imprinted with red foil. Available for an additional $2.00 per folder immediately at your celebration. Makes a great party favor for your guests.
Standard white folio with a Santa Claus throne picture..

Standard white unstamped folio. 6" 3/4" tall X 4" 3/4" wide.
White unstamped keepsake folio.

Unstamped keepsake folio (add $1.00 each folder).

Photography releases need to be completed and returned and must be received before any scheduled appointments or photos will not be accessible for distribution. Clients with 25 or more Keepsake orders should inquire about onsite photography release signing.

  • Here are backdrops available in 2024. Included in your reservation for a $125 dollar rental fee OR FREE when pre-ordering one of our photography packages. Once you make a decision of which backdrop to include in your reservation, please  CONTACT US with your choice.

  • We also offer BRASS AND RED VELVET stanchions to add a professional look to your celebration. Stanchions are great for controlling lines of guests waiting to see Santa. We offer two to twenty-four stanchions. Available at a rate of $12.50 each per reservation.

About our equipment and larger orders details

During larger events, guests will stand in line to have photos captured. Long lines are daunting to both children and parents causing guests to be uneasy. With our NEW efficient equipment, long wait times for keepsakes are CONSIDERABLY REDUCED. Our dye-sublimation printer is designed to print 4X6 images as quickly as 12 seconds. This allows us to quickly move thru long lines and to provide guests with a quality Keepsake quicker.

Dye Sublimation Printer from DNP (DS-RX1HS)

We proudly print with DNP™ DS-RX Dye Sublimation Printer included in our photographic arsenal of tools. Creating a wonderful event printing station with the upgraded DS-RX1HS Dye Sublimation Printer from DNP. Capable of delivering 290 4" x 6" photos in an hour, this is an ideal option for high-volume printing scenarios. The dye sublimation thermal transfer method enables these high speeds while also permitting a high resolution of 300 x 600 dpi. Also, the full-color ribbons feature an overcoat to keep images protected and allow for the selection of either glossy or matte finish. It produces 4 x 6 or 6 x 8 prints, as well as 2 x 6 in 2-up or 4-up configurations.

Images of your guests are important to us. That's why we take pride in using CANON 5D Mark IV. Our electronic equipment includes Alien Bee™ lighting. Providing crisp clear 31.7 pixel images in every photo we capture.
