Santa Albert loves to visit families, organizations, and groups to spread Christmas cheer, but he can’t do so unless you begin your reservation using the form below.

After you answer 21 quick questions, Mr. Claus and his elves can plan for your occasion. He hates to ask so many questions, but Mrs. Claus insists that he be very thorough.

We strive to make all of its services easily accessible to clients with an easy online reservation system. The entire process will take less than 5 minutes. Be sure to complete all questions marked with a * for a successful reservation as they are required. For each reservation clients are required to complete separate requests - it keeps the elves from getting confused.

Find out more information about how we can capture images, print keepsakes, and distribute them to your guests before we leave during your celebration. Our modern equipment can deliver quickly and efficiently under many circumstances especially helping with preventing long lines. We will also provide an online gallery for you to share with family and friends after your celebration is finished.

What we need to know:

some personal information, like your name and number
reservation start time
reservation length
location of the visit
name of your organization, group, or school
characters you’d like present at your visit (Santa Claus Albert, Reindeer Randy-Rudolph's older brother, Froster The Snowman-A brother from another mother, and Noelmo - Elmo's distant cousin).
payment type
a few extras: will Santa be delivering gifts? Will Santa be reading ‘Twas the Night Before Christmas? Will you be ordering keepsake photos?

Why do we need this information?

Having a successful celebration is important to us. Both client and Saint Nick should be equally informed when it comes to his participation. Creating an Appearance Agreement is required as Santa will not enter your home without one. Our Appearance Agreement assures both parties that we understand the needs of both us and the client. Over the last 30 years our experience has taught us what makes for GREAT ENTERTAINMENT. Sharing our needs as well as meeting the clients needs is what brings us together. Ensure a memorable event and please read each correspondence we send and reply with information as suggested to assure we meet the goals of our relationship. Doing so will create a symbiotic relationship between you, your guests and our entertainers.
